Returns & Refunds 14-day right of withdrawal (EU customers). You can return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To start a return, contact us through the Contact page with your order number. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. The customer covers return shipping costs. We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the return. Damaged or misprinted items. If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — you don't need to send the item back. Wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering. If you ordered the wrong size, you can use your 14-day right of withdrawal and place a new order.
